Any contribution would be appreciated

Sorry to all those who are looking for flight manuals. We no longer will be allowing downloads from our site. We have recieved threats of legal action against us from the manufacturers. So just to let you know all of these manuals were aquired off of the internet from other sites, forums etc. We just went around and collected them up. Below you will see one letter recieved.

Dear Sirs,
Re: EUROCOPTER / HELIWRENCH.com
Misuse of EUROCOPTER’s trademarks and unauthorized post of
flight manuals for EUROCOPTER’s helicopters
O/Re:03/69/G/INTERNET/09
We are the IP Attorneys of the European Company EUROCOPTER, world
leader in helicopters manufacture.
Our Client is determined to have its IP rights duly enforced in the world
and not to be involved in any third party claim bases on its lack of due
diligence in case of misuse of its technical documentation.
In addition to this it should be said that EUROCOPTER’s trademarks are
acknowledged for their reputation in the world as far the helicopters and
related goods or items are concerned.

EUROCOPTER has been upset to learn that you have posted on your
web site (www.heliwrench.com) different flight manuals to be download
by the interested clients.
This post relates to the AS 350 and the EC 130 in different versions.
Besides the attempt against the IP rights your personal responsibility is
to put on the market technical documents which should be kept where
they are that is to say on the Official databases. It is not your duty to
have those documents put in the hands of any prospect clients of your
website.
In addition to that you refer to the commercial name EUROCOPTER
which is a direct violation of the Paris Union Convention your Country
ratified in due time.
Furthermore you catch the Internet reader’s attention through a process
the laws do not admit using the fame and interest of companies such as
EUROCOPTER to direct them to your own services.
As a final point you place yourself as well as your web hoster before the
risk to be sued for civil responsibility in case of damages in case anyone
misuses the flight instructions you have posted. And it will not be
enough to refer to your advice according to which those instructions are
only for “reference”, a meanness expression.
EUROCOPTER is strongly decide to obtain the withdrawal of its flights
instructions from your website as well as any reference to its IP and
trademark rights.
For that reason you should consider the above as a cease and desist
letter as well as a warning letter if you do not proceed according the
EUROCOPTER’s request.
We need to receive your confirmation well before April 1, 2009 if you
want to be free of any litigation directed by EUROCOPTER.
We hope that all of this is due to a great misunderstanding and the situation will be shortly cleared up.

We remain,
Very Truly Yours,
Hervé Grünig
